Ahh, it's one of those smaller businesses. Those, in my experience, can be absolute hell to work for. In some ways, working for a big corporation is a lot more comfortable, strangely. I once worked for a small paving comany last summer for three days. It was a very similiar atmosphere. (Although I did like those guys. They also helped land me a job somewhere else, which I actually kept over the summer! I may be going back to that job in a month, too.)
