sparksolYou know, murphy is starting to annoy me. My new modem access speed is now a whopping 16.8k! I did get 19.2k for a few minutes once, but it disconnected itself. Perhaps my ISP is going out of its way to snub me?

And then, as soon as I write that, it disconnects again and it returns to normal. My modem want attention. Somebody help.
