From the notes of Kaider

sparksolOkay, decided to do a write-up of character happenings from the game I'm playing in.
First, I suppose I should make some notes on who I am.
My name is Kaider Lokison. I am a wizard. Not a specialist, there's too many useful spells for that sort of thing. I left the Arcane Order I was training at after less than a year, because...well...I kind of unleashed a fair number of angry water elementals on most of the other students during the spring break. No one was killed, but I thought that if I didn't get out of there quick, and for a year or two, there might be one fatality.
So here I am, out in the borders of the human lands. I'm one of two nonspecialized wizards here, and three arcanists in total, at least when I first got here.
I've learned how to be useful in combat situations, and a lot about making magic items. My Magikwondo classes back at the order turned out to have been the best choice for a first year, and I've learned a lot on my own since I got here.
Despite the other students, after a year or so, I went back and applied for official membership in the Arcane Order, to everyone's surprise...and got in. I've picked up skills I never thought were possible to an arcane caster, but still have several trust issues, due to those around me. A librarian came to town who came here thinking there was already a library. In response, I hired her and built one. (The books took their time getting here, though.)
I've made some powerful and expensive magic items over this last year, some with the help of an elven druid. I've got a few many-item carrying devices, a glove almost as good as one of those elemental rings I studied about, a small plethora of enhancers...anyway, I won't go into everything I carry around, just in case someone who has a grudge against me finds and decodes this.
