Well, on Monday we got the new(er) computer in...just a few minutes before I had to leave for the class. The friend who got it for us (yes, free. It's still kinda old, though) brought it in, and set it up while I was at class. I kinda wish he hadn't, now. When I tried to set the old one back up to get the data off of it (email addresses, bookmarked pages, music, my games, my unfinished entries to Creation Monthly, and the comic I was building a mirror of, among other things), I found out it wouldn't accept monitors anymore. Also, I've yet to be able to successfully transfer anything to another computer. Or even read the drives.

...*seethe*

I am trying to be patient, and it is nice to have a new(er), working computer around. But if I have to start everything from scratch all over again, after what happened last time, (that being a hard drive burning out completely) I'm going to have to have myself locked up for therapy before I cause some permanent damage.

I'm getting sick of having to start from nothing every time something happens.
